Does anyone have any experience of Smile Holidays based ion Sussex who provide holidays for people with MLD and mental health problems. I'm considering using them for my 21 year autistc son who has autism and has MLD. Nervous about using a carer we don't know due to poor past expereince with local authority recomended care provider. TIA.
