Son got date for his ADOS assessment

So after a long wait we have finally got an appointment for my son to have his ADOS assessment, I'm starting to feel pretty nervous and would just like to know what should we expect when we go and what will they do with my son, does my son's senco teacher need to attend? any advice would be appreciated thanks

You may find it useful to look at the NAS website page on diagnosis:

Within this there is a section about the diagnostic assessment and what to expect on the day. Hopefully some other community members may be able to share their stories to give you a more personal perspective too.
