Unhelpful family

Hi I'm new to the thisforum.my son is 9 with aspergers. All though we r fine with it some members of the family no longer want anything to do with him saying he is to much hassle. I know it's there problem and that they are missing out on a lovely boy. But it's still hurtful to hear.

Parents
  • Spoke to the school about it and it was very helpful.they said that I am right to keep it from him as it would set him off and if he asks why his grandma won't see him just tell him that for now she has her thing's to deal with. Hopefully she will realise that she is missing out. On a funny note he dismantled the school toilet to see how it worked  the janitor wasn't angry.
