Hi all I'm new here and need some help me and my son live in a 2 bed council flat my son has asd and are neighbors have been making a lot of noise over the past two years partys and running up a down the stairs at all hours I have asked the council for their help but all they do is come round and ask them to keep the noise down and it works for a week or tw then it gets worse over the past two months my gas box has been getting tur off out the back of the flats now my son does not feel safe here I just don't know what I can do as no one wants to help
