Modus - Swedish drama on BBC4

Is anyone watching this on BBC4? I ask as one of the main characters is an autistic girl hitting puberty who witnesses a murder.

I'm wondering whether this character accurately reflects life on the 'higher end of the spectrum'.

    I watched the next two episodes of Modus last night and looked carefully at the character of the young girl who witnessed the murder. The script confirmed she is playing a character on the spectrum. Her younger sister also seems to be playing a similar role.

    Not sure if it is an accurate portrayal, sorry. I guess the scriptwriters will have done some research and are trying to replicate "typical" characteristics of ASC as they understand them.

    As to the programme itself, not much harmony going on I must say with a complicated plot with several threads developing. Pretty typical Scandinoir from what I have seen before. I will reserve judgment till it is finished.
