My ex is talking to me again making me really anxious

hello again thank you for those who adviced me about my anxiety stopping me from doing things it's really helped now I have another issue. me and my ex split in April but still kept speaking on facebook then over a month a go i rang him and he told me he didn't want to know me anymore and it distroyed me. Then all of a sudden out of the blue he messaged me on facebook yesterday afternoon. I am so relived that he has done this as I don't want 2 lost him as a friend but I'm also anxious and confused by this why all of a sudden is he speaking 2 me and I'm anxious because I'm afraid if I say 1 wrong thing and it's game over again. Our relationship went well till the brake up and really tried to understand the autistic side of me shall we say. So guys any thoughts on this thanks Rachel xx 

  • Are you sure he isn't talking to you again out of convenience? I'm asking because that was a horrible thing for him to say to you. You need to make the decision if you want someone that would say something like that in your life. Honestly, I would not even if I had feelings for them. It shouldn't be his decision to make contact, it should be yours.
