 i am 30 year old  male i have two problems  i want  to ask advice  on 

1. i want to find love  does anyone know any special sites  for people with  aspergers 

autism that is safe  i dont want to be used  again am looking for someone special

2. is depppression common  in  males with autisim i suffer from sever  bouts of deppression  very badly

    Can't help directly with Q1 but if you use the answer to Q2 you may see some light. Look for friends first. Romantic love is an illusion. Friends last longer and are more trustworthy.

    Q2. Depression. This is not an illness despite what medics, the media and Uncle Tom Cobley might tell you. All it is - is distorted thinking. You are not sick, not ill, just not thinking in a way which works for you.

    Medics like to label people because it helps them to think about the condition, not the person.

    A diagnosis in terms of psychiatry is just an opinion, nothing else.

    Suggestion - start thinking about who and what you want to be. Remember that the talents you have are valuable but it is your job to find where those talents fit.
