girlfriend is so hostile and threatening, shaking and scared

dont think i can take anymore, she makes me shake badly, dont know what to do even late at night when im tired she shakes me up, threatens to stop access to our daughter, just dont know what to do anymore,sorry if wrong section

    Your girlfriend's behaviour is wrong - abuse, as you have identified. There are practical steps you can take, such as coming up with a "safe plan" in case there is any further abuse. There are organisations specifically set up to support men who are victims of domestic abuse. Two such organisations are:

    1) Men's Advice Line mensadviceline.org.uk/.../contact-us-advice2.html

    2) Abused Men in Scotland www.abusedmeninscotland.org/.../help-for-men.html

    The above links are to their pages with contact details. There are both phone numbers and email options. Both helplines are open at the time of me sending this message. 

    There is also information on the Shelter websites for England and Scotland. The law is different in the 2 countries, so have included both:

    1) England england.shelter.org.uk/.../domestic_abuse

    2) Scotland scotland.shelter.org.uk/.../domestic_abuse

    If you live in a different country you could contact one of the organisations and ask them to give you details for a local organisation to support you.

    I'm glad you have been able to post here and I hope these links will help you to get some support. You've welcome to keep posting here, but remember to keep personal details private for your own safety. (I'm guessing you have already used your first name and initial of your last name, so other clues about you could make you more easily identified to anyone reading.)

  • she just came in "my" bedroom, said she wanted to talk, i siad im busy on computer. to which she went into a massive rage and said she were going to apologize, yeah ofcourse. cant take the sheer onsluaght of rage she aims at me, i do call her names after she really provokes me, why am i writing this *** life, she just threatened me with not seeing my daughter again
