  • To quote someone's message, first select/highlight the relevant text, and then use the Quote button that appears
  • To "mention" someone, type @ followed by the start of the forum name, and choose from the list; that person will get a notification of being mentioned

Community and website update

Hallo,

The Community is now (obviously) back up and running after the NAS website update. The Community relies on a sign in process that runs on the NAS website.

It actually happened yesterday rather than Tuesday. Sorry if that caused confusion. We had some last minute issues which delayed things

The community SPAM protection should be working OK now and we have removed the CAPCHA feature. (Hurrah!)

Next task is to move the Community to a new and mobile friendly platform.

    Hi Bob,

    That page used to have a Title , type and created datetime for every new comment or discussion posted in the whole of the forum. For the last week or so it has only been showing new discussions and a small number of comments. You used to be able to instantly see new comments from any part of the forum, it is now much harder to see what is going on.

    Keep up the good work :-)
