    Gaston is right face book is a waste of time,i meet up with my friends in a local cafe and we all have a good laugh together.and get good fresh air by walking the dogs.

    face book doe'nt keep you fit and healthy,also being dyslexic like me doesnt help,as i cant wright very well iprefer to talk.
