Done my second week training session one of jogging today. I managed to do three sessions in week one last week of a five minute brisk walk then 1 min jog and 90 min walk for twenty minutes. This week its 90 mins jog and 2 minutes walk for twenty minutes for three sessions this week.
Does anyone here jog? Do you remember starting out on that very first time? Did you did wear all the right gear from day one or was you pretending you weren't out running? How did you feel whenever you passed anyone? How long did it take you to notice any change
