Hi my names Ellie,
My daughter is diagnosed asd she is 4 years old. We live in an end terraced private rented 2 bed property, we have lived here for 9 years never had any issues. My neighbour has recently complained about the noise my daughter is making, she is going through a stage of jumping up and down and occasionally still headbangs the floor, the neighbour complained that they are fed up of the noises at early hours of morning this is 5am onwards (and not every day) the walls are paper thin as it is, shes aware my daughter has asd and ive explained i can not do anything, where do i stand if she takes this further? This noise is a result of my daughters disability it is not deliberate, i appreciate it may be doing there head in but its nothing i can prevent.
Any advice appreciated.
