I really need help I'm worried about my mental health spilt up with my boyfriend last week hoping to sort things out today but I don't know what happened I lost it right now I wanna end it I'm sceared of what i'm gonna do next. I have ADHD and asd and worried about my mental health

    I also suffer with ADHD and Aspergers.

    I also suffer with anxiety and depression, so i know how hard it is to go through mental health problems, as i'm sure alot of people do on this forum.

    does your boyfriend know what you go through/experience?

    Would you feel comfortable to talk to your GP or a counsellor if you have one about it at all?
