Just wondering if anyone has any advice for me please re a dla claim.
My son who has just turned 4 was diagnosed with Autism in October 2015, i have only just recieved the specialists report through confirming the diagnosis.
i successfully claimed middle rate care for him in July. My question now is can i ask them to review his claim for high rate care and mobility.
His behaviour has become more difficult to manage and when out and about he has refusal epiosodes, tip toe walking and frequent tripping and falling, no safety awarenes, inappropriate social skills and awareness andhe will bolt and run off. I cannot push him in a pushchair as he is too strong and just gets out himself.
