Bus Pass Assesment

Hi again. 

I went for my assessment today and took all the relevant proofs in. The Dr seemed very distracted, I was in the room not 5 mintues and it was all done. He asked me about my condition and what schools I went to...photocopyed a letter from my GP and sent us on our way...thoughts? I hope I got it.

Hi there,

I mean the Concessionary Bus Pass, I'm from Nottingham. I have a letter from the doctor which states briefly I can't drive and also says I'm on meds for depression/anxiety. I'm also under care at [removed by mod] the Aspergers bit, and have appointment letters to take with me.

Do you mean a discretionary freedom pass?

I have one for aspergers and depression/ anxiety from Greenwich.  I got mine because i would not be allowed to drive at present.  I didnt have to go for an assessment but if I had had to do that then I would have explained how it affects me on my worst days.  My psychiatrist filled in the health bit of the form for me.
