That is a useful reply. The course is aimed exclusively at autistic people then? If so would you say that all the participants found it useful? And did you learn useful skills and techniques that will help in daily life?
I'm interested because I'm trying to get help from NAS funded through Access to Work and perhaps I could ask for this course to be part of the package.
I'm hoping Sandwich Dan can tell us more.
NAS keeps the content of these courses a secret, so the only way to find out what is in them is to pay to go on one! Sandwich Dan has had the good fortune to be paid to go on one.
As someone on the spectrum I'd dearly love to know what NAS is saying about us to employers. But weirdly we are not allowedf that privilege, unless we pay.
Clearly Sandwich Dan you found it useful and it gave you many things to think about and take forward. But is it "on the mark"? Is is an accurate representation of autistic spectrum difficulty and solutions?
Was there anything about it that "didn't ring true"?
Is there a web page about this or other similar courses? How did you find out about it?
