dealing with my nine year old sons frustration

Hi Guys,

my high functioning, autistic, nine year old son, Alex has difficulty expressing his feelings and often gets frustrated, which, can at times lead to meltdown. Any helpful ideas on how best to help him deal with this? Has anyone found anything that works for them/ their child?
