I have a Daughter who recently developed Paranoid thoughts.
We can't break the cycle of her perceived guilt. please could you advise us on what to do. To condense what her problems are.She believes shes responseable for everything bad in the world i.e. All the crime and natural disasesters in the world. we explain to her in honest ways. That these events are simply not happening. Shes beginning to call her mum and me liars. Because inside her mind they are.
we are awaiting to see the local mental health team. But this won't be for at least five weeks.

Additionally, are you able to get her some interim support from a mental health team whilst you wait to be seen by the NHS? Some areas have drop in support centres.
