Little trick I am trying.

I ran into a tip for motavation and I think it stands to be quite helpfull for fellow aspies in the more depressave and anxious times

Basicly I keep a small notebook to hand any time I succeed in something, make solid progress or just do something really well, I make a note of it. Then when the dark times hit, I have a concrete reminder of things I did well to balance the more hopeless interpretations of events I am prone too.

Try it, might help, and really it can't hurt.

  • I like this too. When I get down, all I remember are the bad times I have had. It is in the positive thinking category. We all need positve thoughts. Smile

I also smile whenever I see my reflection. It helps me to have a more positive self image and reminds me that I should smile at others. I think that I look nicer when I smile; as most people do, and that is how I want people to see me.
