Hi! My name is Teerath and I am a sixth form student.
I am currently undertaking an EPQ project on the question set by myself “Has Dietary Intervention shown any improvements on the general well being of children affected with Autism”.
As part of my statistical analysis I have created an online questionnaire. It would be much appreciated if anyone to whom this is relevant to could please complete the questionnaire.
