Hi,
i have a bar in hazel grove (stockport, manchester) with free parking and disabled access and we are coming up with some ideas to bring the community together. One idea someone has suggested is to have a night for individuals with austism and other conditions/disabilities. so they can socialise in a safe environment like others of there age. Under 18s are allowed to stay in the bar until 9pm
i'd love some feedback on what you think of the idea and what would you think would benefit them? someone has said mats for them to sit on to feel the vibrations of the music.
i have a few questions for you too
would you like it open for all ages?
food or sweets?
invite brothers/sisters too?
How much would you be happy to pay - £5 per ticket (1 carer per person is free)
How often? weekly/monthly/quartley?
Would you like just the disco or would you like some other activities too?
How busy could it be without causing stress to people attending?
Special guests each disco (eg elsa from frozen etc)-if so who would you think people would like to see?
thanks for your time
