My 9 year old Autistic son hormones???

Hi I'm desperately trying to find out if my 9 year old is having some sort of hormonal change as he has starting becoming a lot more aggressive and challenging?? We noticed today that his arm pits smelt? Has anyone got any suggestions please!!! Many thanks

Does he wash himself under his arms? 9 is very young for hormonal changes, and has nothing to do with Autism. But Autistic kids are prone to not washing, and wear the same clothing day after day and sweat due to wearing too many clothes.
