A board just for posts by autistic people?

I'm wondering if the autistic people here would like a board on this forum where only autistic people could post. Of course anyone would be free to read it. And those who wanted to include parents and carers could post on other boards here.

Would this make us feel safer about posting and more able to discuss topics?

No risk that someone would chip in offering to cure you or try to help with no direct experience of autism.

There are so few opportunities for us to talk to each other and communicate as we wish to.

    But would it be ok for undiagnosed people to post there?

    What about people who have autism but are also mental health professionals?

    I'm undiagnosed and know a bit of neurology etc from my training as an animal behaviorist, so both of those could bar me.

    I do understand that some people would like to have a board just for diagnosed non-professionals, and I think that's ok if it's what people want.
