just been diagnosed with autism and aspergers

Hi eveyone, im 39 and I have been diagnosed with autism and aspergers today. At the end of the day its just a name . I am finding it hard to find anything on the website for adults to help cope with change etc.

    Is it that there is a bias towards children or that the website is just hard to navigate, or a bit of both? Even when I know that there is something here it takes me a while to find it again. For example, I didn't know that there is a local adult autism support service in Bristol until it was pointed out to me by someone else. Details were on this website I just hadn't managed to find it.
