Gorgeous recorder music - young musician of the year [2nd]

Thanks for the links, haciaelvacio . They are really haunting, other worldly. I'm definitely a fan of this instrument. I don't know how to manage to concentrate on two different pieces of music at the same time.

It was amazing. I missed the previous programmes, but really enjoyed this.

Thanks for sharing this! I really enjoy listening to the recorder. I’ve tried playing it a few times myself but I could never quite get the hang of it.

If you like the double recorder, you might enjoy Laura Cannell. She sometimes plays two recorders simultaneously, blending early music and minimalist folk, like in "Richard the Lionheart". She also layers different recorder parts in pieces like "The Fox Taegl".

Sarah Jeffery is another favourite of mine who plays the recorder. Her collection Constellations (Minimal Music for Recorders) is rather splendid.
