What odd/strange/unusual things do you do?

One of mine is demonstrated in the title ie I make up words.

This thread came to mind because I've been doing some photography and I just put a doll in a box with a scarf but I ensured that the scarf wasn't over her face so she could breath.

In fact, when I placed the scarf originally near her nose I felt I couldn't breath.

This may be anthropomorphism although with the addition that I feel what the object feels (or doesn't).

  • I make words or acronyms out of the last three letters of car registrations that I see. For example, CHF is obviously chafe, CRZ is craze, EBT is every bloody time, etc etc. I don't spend time trying to think of the best one, I just go with whatever pops into my head in the moment. The majority suggest themselves immediately.

    I also add numbers together to make a single digit number. Eg a phone number 01242 877 652 (made up) you add each block of numbers together until you have three single digit numbers then you add them together until you have a single digit, making the "answer to that phone number 8.
