Any1 else literally love chess?

You see, I keep finding myself activly seeking non-standard positions, which works for me atm as Im more knowledgable about these positions from greater familiarity, but the standard lines are standard for a reason right and I worry that as my game develops I will be punished by more accurate players. Any thoughts? Also does anyone want to play correspondadnce chess here (no engines)?

I guess the reason I started this thread was that I find myself becomming increasingly interested in how my ASV affects the way I play chess...
