Is Autism brain damage

There’s a forum/ vlog on Facebook by a parent of a child who is Autistic., They have a mixture of people who comment some who are Autistic themselves, some who know someone who is Autistic and others who have no experience of Autism atall.  One person commented Autism is brain damage but I never thought it was, I thought it was the brain processing the world differently?

  • I believe people with Autism struggle to socialize and have any connections unlike most of other people. I have found myself Struggling to make any connections in the real world, Always having social friends but would never call them Real friends cus they were never in person. i Dont think its Brain damage i just think its a lot more Difficult to make any other friends
