Fur, Feathers, or even Scales!

Thinking about how hard I find it to get clothes that fit properly I was thinking how much easier it would be if I had fur and no need of clothes what I relief it woud be.

I'd like tortoiseshell fur, that nice mix of browns and gingers and a bit of black. Or glossy black feathers like a raven.

What would you choose?

  • I like being warm so I would choose fur, ideally dappled like a spaniel. I like to wear seasonal clothes so maybe seasonally changing colours, each with white dapples: bronze for autumn, ash grey for winter, gold in the spring and bright copper in the summer. It would also be nice to try out having whiskers to sense the world with!

    Some creatures seem to change coat colour seasonally, becoming lighter or darker, my brindled lurcher does a bit, she becomes much more golden in summer and her dark stripes more pronounced in winter, it was the same with one of my old cats, he used to get more golden in summer and darker in autumn and winter
