How long do you go without talking to anyone?

For those who keep track, how long do you typically go without speaking to anyone?

So far this month I've spoken to one person. Last month I think I spoke to others on one or two days. (I'm not including saying hello in the shops, or JobCentre appointments here).

Last November, I spoke to other people only once, and I didn't speak to another person at all in the whole of December (again excepting 'hellos').

  • In my case months as well. Slowly my mind moves internally and detached from the mouth so to speak.

    Not my goal though; I just gave up. Loneliness is pretty tough indeed.

    Solitude, that state of willingly being alone, is very different, and I like it, but that involves having the choice to be by yourself, whereas loneliness doesnt and is rather linked to depression in my life.

    Nowadays, at work, and surrounded by people, I may speak 40 words a day.
