I still don't know what to do and i'm stuck

Stop what you are doing, get yourself a coffee or tea or whatever you like to relax with, then sit or lie down in a quiet pleasant space. It is your brain overloading like a box of fireworks. You will never get anywhere in this mode, which is normal for many of us. I call it, 'system overload'.

My tactic is to sit, breath deeply for a minute or two, then walk into my garden, look and see what is growing, what needs doing and what insects/animals or birds I can see and hear. When I get back inside, the fog has often lifted enough for me to start asking myself what I need. I often write this down, because it becomes more clear when I can look at the words.

Others will come and offer advice - remember people come and go on this chat, because they might be busy or at work or not at home. The moderators do not work 24/7/365 because they are volunteers. So give it time - and perhaps try some of my tactics. Take Care!!
