Has anyone else read the Horowitz series with the detective Hawthorne?
The word is murder
The sentence is death
A line to kill
The twist of the knife
Close to death
And the most recent book,
A deadly episode.
They are so clever, writing about about yourself writing books with a fictional detective and now he's writing about himself and his book being made into a film.
I read them in one or two sessions, as I am so gripped.
I also like the detective Punt Sue Ryeland publisher series, but find them a bit harder to understand when they swap times within decades.
I hope they do make a film of each book.
