I need help & I'm so lonely and I don't know what to do

Hello, I'm 29 years old and I'm from Coventry.

I don't know how to make friends anymore, I can't find my very first girlfriend and I'm stuck in life. I got no ambitions or anything anymore. 

I work as a part timer and I have working for my very first job since 2018 and I'm very stuck.

I just don't know what to do anymore. I phoned the samaritans and then I phoned the National Autistic Society phone number and I'm not getting anywhere.

I'm very stuck and I'm so lonely and very isolated.

  • Hi Jamit. I'm from Coventry too! Good advice from  . Have you any hobbies? This might help you find clubs with like-minded people. I'm sure the mods will offer advice when they read your post. Meanwhile, continue your hobbies and interests to keep positive and perhaps consider new ones. We all find it hard to make friends, but it's far easier if you seek out people with whom you can communicate about shared interests or causes.
