I need help & I'm so lonely and I don't know what to do

Hello, I'm 29 years old and I'm from Coventry.

I don't know how to make friends anymore, I can't find my very first girlfriend and I'm stuck in life. I got no ambitions or anything anymore. 

I work as a part timer and I have working for my very first job since 2018 and I'm very stuck.

I just don't know what to do anymore. I phoned the samaritans and then I phoned the National Autistic Society phone number and I'm not getting anywhere.

I'm very stuck and I'm so lonely and very isolated.

    Why not try CASS - the Community Autism Support Service, run by Coventry and Warwickshire Mind. 

    They run fortnightly social groups for autistic adults eighteen and over, diagnosed or not, and there's one right in Coventry on Saturdays from ten forty-five to twelve forty-five. Check online to find out more, Jamit.
