Do you mean Spectrum magazine, formerly Asperger United? They stopped paper copies, unless you pay a subscription, because it was costing too much. Follow the afore-mentioned link and all the mags are online. Enjoy! Funny, I was just thinking about posting, because newer members of the Community might not be aware of this magazine.

Spectrum is written by autistic people on all kinds of topics, including fiction. The editors set a topic for each edition but you can write what you want; people also contribute poetry, art, quizzes. You can download back copies here. Details for submission are on this link.
