If you are convinced (at any age) about having a medical condition of any sort, in my opinion, the right route is through a specialist consultation. If you suspect a broken bone, you are not going to ask your friends to diagnose it. Also, an official diagnosis allows you (eventually) to stop second-guessing and start exploring your past and present with a completely different lens. I hope it makes sense
