Severe Autism support

Hi there,

I am not sure if I am in the right place to be posting this but I am at a bit of a loss.

I am trying to source guidance or be pointed in the right direction to help support and offer help for my severely autistic brother.

After researching online I have been unable to find any specialist psychiatrist or any where to go. I feel that the only option is to go to the GP which we have been going through for years.

If this message is inappropriate and not made for this board then I apologise but I feel very deflated and at a dead end not knowing where to turn. I want to provide my parents with some sort of positive path or somewhere to start.

I wonder if anyone may be in a similar position or know someone who has managed to get behavioural and sleep support.

I appreciate anyone taking the time to read this.

Thank you,
Amy Horner
