Sometimes I open up and I'm stuck on auto pilot.

I'm sorry if I upset anyone. I won't do it again.There are vuneralble people here and the content must reflect this. 

I'll just lurk now and answer a post or two. 

No more auto pilot thought dumps.

    If you can do that then chances are you won't go far wrong.

    My mother would have written something far more abusive than I would.
