Things to occupy my hand

Hi,

Are there any things on the market to have in my pocket to occupy my hands?

I tend to pull at my clothes which over the years has stretched many a T-shirt. When I was younger , I used to hit my leg with my hand but i've learned from a very young age , not to do that in front of anyone , because i just got called weird

Rather than keep spending money on new clothes  I was wondering if anybody can recommend something to have in my pocket to play with

    I have a small loop of wooden beads. The beads are very smooth and about 12mm diameter. They on a thin cord and tied to make a loose ring, for me this is about 15cm long. The whole thing fits a little loosely over a my first and second fingers. I can move the beads with my thumb as the beads are just a little slack. So they readily slide along the cord and only make a small sound but, importantly, I can feel the vibration in my fingers. I do get a glimmer from them. 

    These I have these in my pocket most all of the time.  Do say if anything isn't clear.
