Things to occupy my hand

Hi,

Are there any things on the market to have in my pocket to occupy my hands?

I tend to pull at my clothes which over the years has stretched many a T-shirt. When I was younger , I used to hit my leg with my hand but i've learned from a very young age , not to do that in front of anyone , because i just got called weird

Rather than keep spending money on new clothes I was wondering if anybody can recommend something to have in my pocket to play with

I understand where you are coming from, our stims and repeated behaviours are not always without consequence, as normal as they might seem to us - i'm certainly familiar with pulling on clothes and physical behaviours in order to be nothing short of myself.
