Things to occupy my hand

Hi,

Are there any things on the market to have in my pocket to occupy my hands?

I tend to pull at my clothes which over the years has stretched many a T-shirt. When I was younger , I used to hit my leg with my hand but i've learned from a very young age , not to do that in front of anyone , because i just got called weird

Rather than keep spending money on new clothes  I was wondering if anybody can recommend something to have in my pocket to play with

  • You can get all sorts of fidgets that you can keep in your pocket. One I find good for discreet fidgeting is a keyboard button fidget. If you Google it you should find them. You can get some that are 4 buttons and some that are 1. They usually come as keyrings so I keep one on my keys and just press it when I need to.
