Any Beach Boys or Brian Wilson Fans Here?

The title. 

I grew up loving 60s music, especially the Beatles and the Beach Boys. I especially enjoy Brian Wilson's music, and and I'm inspired by how he overcame his own struggles in life. Tracks like "I Just Wasn't Made For These Times" and "Til I Die" really speak to me and how difficult it is to fit into society and fell comfortable with myself. Does anyone else share this love of Brian Wilson and the Beach Boys?

  • Yes, yes I do indeed! It's not my era, but Brian's music and story has had a huge impact on my life.

    If I could only listen to one band for the rest of my life it would be that of the Beach Boys and there solo offshoots (largely because of Dennis' solo masterpiece too, though only because they released those old BBC smile tapes.) 

    Favourites? Too many really... but I'll give special mentions to Busy Doing Nothing and pretty much all of Love You for being pure brilliant Brian!

    I'm a 90s kid, so they were very much not of my era either xD Love You is another classic. A Day in the Life of A Tree and Mount Vernon and Fairway are also amazing tracks, basically whenever Brian was allowed to fully express himself
