That existential crisis when you finish something

Has anyone ever felt that? Like, when you've finished watching the entire series of a TV show, or beat a video game you were heavily invested in? That feeling of "Ok, so, what now?". Fееling lost and without direction after this one thing you used to look forward to in you spare time no longer gives you anything to look forward to.

Do you perhaps try to recapture what that thing gave you by looking for something similar? Or do you just go back and do it all over again>

I like to research more about the stories in the series to help me understand the story better or get aspects that I missed, but then when I feel I have got everything out of it that I want then I like to go back to my "wish list" and watch something completely different to mix things up and broaden my experience.

If I watch a new season of a TV series that I have been following before (ie more of the same) then I like to try something completely different next - a film from a genre I maybe don't usually watch just to stop myself experiencing the same sorts of things all the time.
