That existential crisis when you finish something

Has anyone ever felt that? Like, when you've finished watching the entire series of a TV show, or beat a video game you were heavily invested in? That feeling of "Ok, so, what now?". Fееling lost and without direction after this one thing you used to look forward to in you spare time no longer gives you anything to look forward to.

Do you perhaps try to recapture what that thing gave you by looking for something similar? Or do you just go back and do it all over again>

  • I have that experience if I find a series on I player that I get into when I get to the end. I enjoy watching Call the Midwife as it is one of those series that helps me switch off for an hour. The latest one is Ludwig, but still 5 more weeks to go. I also do that when I find a good book that takes me somewhere else for a while.

I had a craft project that took about two years and when that was over I had to try to find something else relaxing to do.
