Football season

Footy season started last week and we managed to beat AFC Wimbledon 3-0 despite us having a man sent off. Away game to Mk Dons this Satuday.

    No leaguge games I find are much better no big celeb status and such

    I support Waterloo FC in rugby union and st Helens saints in rugby league I find the saints games whilst still good the super League has gone very glamroused whatbwith even at one point having  super league las Vegas but I guess it was only a matter of time as NRL has been this way for a while

    Burn when I watched Waterloo thwy were national league 3 north and it was great sitting in the stands (all be it surrounded by away supporters) having a coffee and a sausage bap ang at a half time a beer in the small club house they now play in regional 2 north west so an even smaller atmosphere 

  • Season started a lot earlier in non league, no idea where or of I'll get to a game on Saturday due to a friend maybe wanting to visit me. 

    I used to volunteer at a non league team but quitted that and feel like a real burden has been lifted.You must be a Terriers fan then? Saw a few games around that area at non league levels like Brighouse, Liversedge and I think Golcar but never Huddersfield.

  • I used to really love football(the glory days of Liverpool's 04-06 ) but the more celebrity driven it got the more I lost interest also the video games of. It arent as good now 

    I do love the Olympics though and I can't wait for LA 2028 (I do wish it was a statae that hasn't had them before such as Illinois or idaiana but it's cool having USA Olympics again but London will always be my fave host city)
