Anyone else getting bitten by insects?

It's unusual for me to get insect bites in UK, I only used to get them when I went abroad on holiday. It's probably due to such a long hot dry spell. It feels like I'm living in Spain or the Canary islands, rather than the south of England!

I've had to buy bite cream and I've ordered a plug in mosquito killer - hope it works!

  • I’ve been bitten quite a lot this year, I have a Mediterranean complexion and normally don’t suffer from bites. I get a bit overwhelmed if it happens too much. I used to go to Italy quite often and have wondered why the locals don’t get bitten but the tourists do? I did get stung by a scorpion, that was unpleasant.
