@recombinantsocks: Patrick Holford's Optimum Nutrition for the Mind

I was wondering if RSocks has read this book? I am currently reading it, and it has some useful advice about how to enhance mental functioning via food.

Hmm, just done some googling around...

I googled for "Patrick Holford Review" and this was one of the results. The wikipedia page also makes interesting reading.

I'm a sceptical old hector and I would run a mile away from anyone with such a web presence. This, however, doesn't mean that diet isn't relevant to some people and their general and mental wellbeing.
