Aspiring Autistic Authors? ✍︎

Are there any other aspiring autistic authors here? If so, what genre are you writing in?

  • I've wrote a lot, mainly poems and sports reports for a local newspaper. I have always wanted to do fiction but often get overwhelmed with what characters I add, what plot points I have, what each persons motives should be, if the story has content that could be deemed too risky or offensive.

However I have wrote several short stories featuring entirely fictional rosters of professional wrestlers and the storylines within them, so basically, stories within a story if that makes sense. Some of it can be very cathartic and rewarding to write, especially when I'm stressed about something.
