I was placed in the Lcwra group of universal credit 9 months ago and i was informed that this would be reviewed in 18 months.

Today I received a universal credit message that I have a appointment in 2 days time reviewing my claim.

  • I have had claims reviewed before, think of it as a chance to reinforce the difficulties you have, if you have multiple conditions, even things like IBS and/or dyslexia, tell them how such things gang up on you to make life difficult, they may decide to keep you permanently in the lwcra group. They did this for my son after he became allergic to the chemicals in the printing place he was working in and developed COPD because of them.
