Special interests you didn’t realise you had

Hi all,

Just a random thought but i realised today i have a special interest in rain and thunderstorms. I constantly listen to it before bed, and for years have watched any video I can on rain. Whether its on how it comes be to, places that rain the most, or videos of walking in the rain.

i love watching rain walk videos on YouTube specifically in countries ive travelled to (japan, korea, thailand) and seeing everyone walking out and about in it. It dawned on me today ive been doing this for years. Even as a child whenever it rained I would sit by my window, or at my patio doors and watch it fall.

i was wondering if anyone else has noticed they have interests that they didnt realise they always went to? 

just a ramble but would love to hear other peoples interests white heart

  • I think mine is the sound of the wind, whether its whistling round the house or blowing through trees, I find it calming and quite relaxing, not when its really howling a force 10 though, but just the sound of its pressence. I used to lean out of my bedroom window as a child and watch the tree's in the park over the road, moving, the gentle rustle of leaves.
